Delivery and Shipping Charges

- Express Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 PM are delivered within 2 hours. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for delivery by 08:00 AM the next morning.
- Preferred Slot: Choose your preferred delivery slot at checkout. Orders requiring special handling or additional preparation may experience slight adjustments in delivery timing.
- Free Delivery Threshold and Fees

Vendors are required to securely package products to prevent damage during transportation, especially for large or fragile items. Aazoob may arrange special delivery vehicles when necessary for these items.
Non-Delivery and Lost Packages

In the event of a lost package, Aazoob will work with the delivery team to locate the order. If the package cannot be found, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
