    • Navigate to Orders and select the item you want to return.
    • Choose the reason for the return and submit your request.
  2. Approval Process:
    • Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval status within 24-48 hours.
  3. Return Pickup/Drop-off:
    • Approved returns will either be scheduled for pickup or require drop-off at a designated location (based on your area).

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Options:
    • Refunds can be processed to your original payment method or issued as Aazoob Wallet Credits for faster transactions.
  2. Processing Time:
    • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  3. Deductions:
    • Any shipping or handling fees (if applicable) may not be refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via the app.
  2. Provide necessary details, including images of the product, for quick resolution.

Exchange Policy

For eligible products, you can request an exchange instead of a return:

  • Exchanges must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
  • Availability of the requested replacement item depends on stock.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Products with missing accessories, damaged packaging, or signs of usage.
