Pricing & Payment Terms

Pricing for services offered by AAZOOB TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED depends on the project scope, number of pages, design complexity, features, integrations, delivery timelines, and post-launch support requirements.
1. Pricing Model
Services may be billed using one or more of the following models:
- Fixed package pricing
- Custom quotations
- Milestone-based billing
- Monthly maintenance or support billing
2. Standard Payment Terms
For most website design and development projects, work begins only after an advance payment is received. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment structure is:
- 50% advance before project start
- 50% before final delivery, deployment, or handover
3. Milestone Billing
Larger or more complex projects may be split into milestone payments based on discovery, design approval, development progress, testing, or deployment.
4. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for items including:
- Extra pages or features
- Additional revisions beyond agreed limits
- Urgent delivery requests
- Content writing or media sourcing
- Domain, hosting, SSL, and third-party software
- API integrations or premium plugins
- Post-launch maintenance and support
5. Taxes
Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, will be charged as per Indian law. Tax treatment will be specified on the invoice or quotation.
6. Payment Methods
Payments may be accepted through approved channels such as:
- UPI
- Bank transfer
- Payment gateway
- Cards, net banking, or wallets where enabled
7. Invoice and Acknowledgement
An invoice or payment acknowledgement will be issued for successful payments, subject to the information provided by the client.
8. Non-Payment
If a scheduled payment is not received, we reserve the right to pause work, withhold access, delay deployment, or suspend handover until dues are cleared.
9. Ownership Transfer
Final files, source code, admin credentials, project assets, or deployment access will be transferred only after full payment has been received.
